Goal Talk: With A Little Shade (melanin that is)

As Goalfriends, getting things off our chest is important, but gaining advice from those who have been through similar situations, hardships and grief is even more important! Friendships, relationships, work, school, kids, losses, etc... All of this affects our mental health DAILY and how we deal with it can affect those around us.

Join us as we unpack August and move into September with a fresh start. This is an OPEN session for young ladies and women 16 years of age and over. I was asked this past weekend about our group mentoring the teen girls and we will be rolling out a new program for that this month, so be on the lookout! In the meantime, young ladies (16+)...
