About the event

For 38 years, the ETL Education Foundation along with the Eta Theta Lambda Chapter of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. has conducted an annual HBCU College Tour Program.  The program consists of a series of workshops and activities leading up to a week-long  tour of 12-14 Historically Black Colleges and Universities.  Throughout the years, the organizations' primary concern has been the conducting of safe and academically enriching College Tour activities.  This year, the health risks associated with the COVID 19 pandemic have driven the decision to conduct a Virtual College Tour.
